About your information.

This page explains the information requested in our forms, how it is used and how to raise privacy questions.

When you submit a form

When you submit a form to Permit Work, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. Student applications help us get to know you and explore suitable work. Employer enquiries help us understand your hiring needs. General messages help us answer your questions.

Student applications and CVs

Contact details, education, location, availability, work preferences, experience, language skills, an introduction and a CV. Passport copies, residence documents, BSN and bank details are not requested in the initial application.

Why we use your information

We use student applications and CVs to review profiles, contact applicants and explore suitable employment opportunities. Employer enquiries are used to discuss hiring needs and next steps. General enquiries are used to respond to the message.

Optional news and marketing updates

The application separates the recruitment acknowledgement from optional news and marketing updates. The optional choice is unchecked and does not affect your application. You can change your mind about marketing updates at any time.

Privacy questions and your rights

Use our contact page to ask a privacy question or make a request about your information. Topics you can ask us about include:

Cookies and language preferences

No optional analytics or marketing tracking is enabled. The hosting platform may use essential access and security mechanisms.

Your manual language choice is stored in a first-party cookie for one year. A session marker prevents repeated audience prompts; dismissing the prompt also stores a seven-day cooldown on this browser. These preferences are not used for analytics or an audience profile.

Photography

The student and café images are AI-generated illustrative scenes. They do not depict Permit Work team members, clients or completed placements.
